Updates on KBB Credit Operating Hours


Easing up of restrictions in Singapore

On June 2, Singapore government will be allowing Phase 1 of companies to start operating again. KBB Credit SD Pte Ltd is one of these companies. We are ready to assist people and businesses that are in need of money.

Please note the following

We will be resuming normal operating hours from June 2. Please note that every one is still recommended to call in to make an appointment. This is to ensure that there is no overcrowding and that social distancing is still in place.

Walk-ins are still allowed but should you walk in when the maximum capacity is reached, you will be requested to wait outside.

As we will be resuming work with staggered work shifts, the staff that you are looking for may or may not be working during that shift. However, that does not mean that those working during that shift is unable to assist you. Any questions that you may have you can still direct it to any available staff.

Facing financial difficulties

If you are facing difficulties due to lack of income, please check out https://www.supportgowhere.gov.sg/

The full list of support from the government is listed here. If you find that you fit any of the grants, you can try applying for it!

If you have problems with banks, you can approach your area minister for assistance. They may be able to help you write in a letter to the bank requesting for a deferment of payment. This may help ease some of the bills that you have to pay.

For any issues that you have with money lenders, you can approach Credit Association of Singapore. They have been helping borrowers even before circuit breaker with any issues that they have with licensed money lenders. You can also approach VWO like Blessed Grace Social Services, Arise2Care, Adullam Life Counselling and Silver Lining.
