You can borrow any amount with a secured loan.
For unsecured loans and personal loan, if you are a Singaporean able to borrow:
- Up to $3,000, if your annual income is less than $20,000.
- At most of 6 months’ income, if your annual income at least $20,000 and above.

Unsecured loans for a Foreigners residing in Singapore able to borrow:
- Up to $1,500, if your annual income is less than $10,000.
- Up to $3,000, in case your annual income is $10,000 above and less than $20,000.
- At most of 6 months’ income, if your annual income is at least $20,000 and above.

What are the eligibility criteria for applying a personal loan in Singapore?
To qualify for an online personal loan, please review the following criteria:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be a Singaporean, Permanent Residents (PRs) or a Foreigner with a valid work permit (such as an Employment Pass, S Pass or other long-term visa).
- Must be able to provide proof of employment or self-employment.
How quickly can I receive my personal loan funds?
We’ll disburse your funds right away once you’ve reviewed and signed our loan contract at our City Hall office.

Don't do what I did but I would like to share my experience with them. I couldn't pay my first installment and was actively seeking assistance from CCS due to being in a debt spiral. Despite this, KBB was willing to discuss temporary interim payment arrangements after explaining my situation to them.If they're willing to entertain and listen to my situation, then I'm sure that they'll be willing to do the same for you.
