Drop by any time during our operating hours for a free one on one consultation. If you are coming by public transport, you can take the MRT to City Hall Station. From there you can come to our office via Exit B.

We are opposite the church, directly facing the main road. As such, you do not have to enter Peninsula Plaza Building.

Ministry of Law Singapore

Based on the current laws, the loan limit is as follows for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents:

1. If your income is less than $20,000, you can loan up to $3,000.
2. If your income is at least $20,000, you can loan up to 6 times your monthly income. However, please note that this is subjected to the company’s approval. This does not mean that the company must lend you 6 times of your monthly income if you requested for it.

Based on the current laws, the loan limit is as follows for Foreigners:

1. If your income is less than $10,000, you can only loan up to $1,500.
2. If your income is at least $10,000 but less than $20,000, you can loan up to $3,000.
3. Are you earning at least $20,000? If yes, you can loan up to 6 times your monthly income. However, please note that this is subjected to the company’s approval. This does not mean that the company must lend you 6 times of your monthly income if you requested for it.
